This summary is for convenience. The full rules below control.

1. Sponsor

The giveaway is sponsored by TicketWhiz Inc., 2810 N Church St, Wilmington, DE 19802-4447, United States ("Sponsor").

2. Who can enter

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old and the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. You need an Instagram account, which is free to create. Your account must be public from the time you enter until the winner is announced, so that Sponsor can verify your entry.

Employees, contractors and paid creators of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible. The giveaway is void outside the United States and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway period

The giveaway begins on November 6, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET and ends on November 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries received outside the Giveaway Period are not eligible. Sponsor's clock is the official clock.

4. How to enter

During the Giveaway Period, complete all three steps on Instagram:

1. Follow @ticketwhizhq.
2. Like the giveaway post on the @ticketwhizhq profile.
3. Comment on the giveaway post with the event you would like to attend and tag one friend.

Completing all three steps gives you one entry.

Bonus entry. Share the giveaway post to your Instagram story and tag @ticketwhizhq. This gives you one additional entry.

Limit. One entry and one bonus entry per person and per Instagram account, for a maximum of two entries. Additional comments or story shares do not add entries.

No purchase or payment of any kind is needed to enter. Searching for or buying tickets through TicketWhiz does not improve your chances of winning. Tag only people you know personally. Do not tag celebrities, brands or accounts unrelated to you. Entries made with multiple accounts, bots, scripts or any automated method are void. All entries must follow Instagram's terms of use.

5. How the winner is chosen

On or about December 1, 2026, Sponsor will select one potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. How the winner is notified

Sponsor will contact the potential winner by Instagram direct message from @ticketwhizhq only, and will announce the winner on the @ticketwhizhq Instagram story. The potential winner must reply within 48 hours and may be asked to confirm eligibility and to provide an email address for delivery of the prize. If the potential winner does not reply in time, is not eligible, or declines the prize, the prize is forfeited and Sponsor may select another potential winner in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor will never ask you to pay a fee, share a password, or provide payment card details to claim a prize. Messages from any other account are not from Sponsor.

7. Prize

One prize is available: a $500 gift card for the ticket site of the winner's choice.

• The winner chooses one ticket site from the ticket sites listed on TicketWhiz that offer gift cards.
• The winner must choose a ticket site within 30 days after being confirmed as the winner.
• Sponsor will send the gift card by email within 7 days after the winner has chosen a ticket site.
• The winner can use the gift card toward tickets to any event available on that ticket site. Any cost above the gift card value, and travel, lodging, parking, food and all other costs, are the winner's responsibility.
• The gift card is subject to the terms of the ticket site that issues it, including any expiration date. Sponsor is not responsible for a gift card that is lost, stolen or used without permission after delivery.
• Sponsor is not responsible for events that are canceled, postponed or rescheduled. Any refund follows the ticket site's policy.
• The approximate retail value of the prize is $500.
• The prize cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. If the chosen gift card is not available, the winner may choose another ticket site, or Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

8. Taxes

All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the winner's responsibility. Sponsor may ask the winner for the information needed to meet its tax reporting obligations and may issue tax forms where required by law.

9. Use of the winner's name

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize the winner allows Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, state of residence, Instagram handle and entry comment to announce the winner, without further payment. Sponsor will ask for permission before using any photo or video of the winner.

10. General conditions

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, breaks these rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive way. If fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control affects the fairness or proper running of the giveaway, Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify it and select the winner from the eligible entries received before that action.

Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete or not captured, or for any technical problem, outage or error on Instagram or on any device or network.

11. Release and limits of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, by entering you release Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees and agents, and Instagram and its parent company, from any claim or loss arising from your participation in the giveaway or from accepting, using or misusing the prize.

12. Instagram

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. You are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Instagram. By entering, you release Instagram from all responsibility in connection with this giveaway.

13. Privacy

Sponsor uses the information it receives through the giveaway, including your Instagram handle, your public comment and, for the winner, the contact details needed to deliver the prize, only to run the giveaway and deliver the prize, in line with Sponsor's Privacy Policy linked at the bottom of this page.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute will be resolved individually, without any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in the State of New York.

15. Winner's name and copy of the rules

To request the winner's first name, last initial and state, or a copy of these Official Rules, email [email protected] within 60 days after the end of the Giveaway Period.
