Welcome to TicketWhiz. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of:

• the TicketWhiz.com website, and
• the TicketWhiz browser extension (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

TicketWhiz Inc. (“TicketWhiz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates solely as a ticket-search aggregator and affiliate redirect platform. TicketWhiz does not sell tickets, process payments, negotiate terms, or participate in any transaction between you and any ticket provider.

How TicketWhiz Works

TicketWhiz aggregates event ticket listings from independent third-party ticket marketplaces (“Affiliate Platforms”) such as StubHub, SeatGeek, VividSeats, and others. When you click a listing:

• TicketWhiz takes you to a pre-checkout informational page, and
• You are then redirected to the relevant Affiliate Platform to complete your purchase.

All purchases occur solely on the Affiliate Platform’s website, under their terms, policies, and privacy practices.

TicketWhiz does not:

• own or control ticket listings,.
• set prices or fees,
• guarantee ticket availability,
• collect payment information, or
• deliver or issue tickets.

Affiliate Disclosure

TicketWhiz earns affiliate fees when users purchase tickets on Affiliate Platforms after being redirected from our Service. These fees do not increase your price. Prices displayed on the Service may differ from final prices shown on Affiliate Platforms due to fees, taxes, or changes in availability.

TicketWhiz does not endorse or guarantee any ticket, seller, event, venue, or Affiliate Platform.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• misuse or disrupt the Service,
• scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without permission,
• resell or commercially exploit search results,
• interfere with security or functionality.

ThirdParty Platforms and Content

TicketWhiz is not responsible for:

• accuracy of ticket listings,
• changes in price or availability,
• seller performance,
• event cancellations or changes,
• any transaction between you and an Affiliate Platform.

Your interactions with Affiliate Platforms are solely between you and the Affiliate Platform.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

TicketWhiz disclaims all warranties, including:

• accuracy of aggregated listings,
• uninterrupted or error-free service,
• completeness or reliability of displayed information.

TicketWhiz is not liable for:

• lost profits or financial loss,
• errors in ticket information,
• disputes with third-party providers,
• browser extension incompatibility,
• downtime or technical issues.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TicketWhiz’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to $0, as you do not pay TicketWhiz for use of the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; if so, these limitations apply only to the extent permitted.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TicketWhiz from claims arising out of:

• your use of the Service,
• disputes with Affiliate Platforms,
• violation of these Terms,
• misuse of the browser extension,
• violation of thirdparty rights.

Modifications

We may update or modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by New York law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York County. Class actions are waived.

**Security Practices

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited data we collect. While no system is perfectly secure, we maintain practices designed to reduce risk, including encrypted connections, access controls, and routine security reviews.

Affiliate Click Tracking To support accurate affiliate attribution, TicketWhiz uses redirect URLs and standard tracking parameters when users click to purchase tickets on affiliate platforms. No personal information is shared with affiliate platforms during this process.

Event Cancellation Disclaimer TicketWhiz is not responsible for event cancellations, postponements, venue changes, or refund processes. All issues related to a ticket purchase, event change, refund, or delivery are handled solely by the third-party platform from which the ticket was purchased.
